Hey Ryan,
I just looked into the RunCloud API and unfortunately it doesn't look like they offer up an /end-point for backups as of yet. I suggest reaching out to them and request an addition to their API. The more requests they get the better your options are of it being added.

Thanks for checking into this. I know their backup system was revamped recently, so I wasn't surprised to see it absent from your integrations. I'll open a request on their end as well.

Many of us are RunCloud users too. Would be great to see the API Backups integrated with their backup system as well.
