Hi,
I really miss that functionnality !
I post the same here : https://feedback.mainwp.com/plugins/notes-in-pro-report-plugin-cl3smkkmr7015222yowtrwx85v9
Maybe an admin could delete mine ?

I would love to see this feature brought in to MainWP. Within ManageWP, we are able to add dated Custom Work entries for a site and then can include those within the report itself. Note that this is different from the Notes section for a site that is currently available within MainWP, which is useful for a different reason.
Custom Work / Custom Notes are incredibly useful for clients to see the custom work that's been done to their site for a particular period of time and also helpful for other team members to have a quick way to see the 'history' of custom work we've performed as well.
How the workflow could work:
Within a site's dashboard within MainWP, there would be a Custom Work or Custom Notes section with the option to Add a new note or to delete or edit previous notes
Within the Add or Create Note screen, there would be the option to input a date (when the work was performed) and a text area field for detailing the work itself.
Within the Pro Reports section, there would be a token or option to include the Custom Work within the report. This would only include Custom Work performed within the date range of the Pro Report

@Zack Ellington
This is exactly what we need. When will this be added to MainWp?

This is also something I have felt has been missing from the Pro Reports that would be very useful for myself/clients!

This is definitely something I'm missing from ManageWP. ManageWP's way of doing this was very clunky though, and I can see it being much more streamlined from the site's dashboard in MainWP.

i do miss this from managewp
adding notes that are found in report is nice.
The use of custom token for that isn't appropriate as they don't have life span and will be present every month in report until removed

This is the only thing I am missing to be able to not do Custom reports anymore. PLEASE add this!

Absolutely necessary, especially to give clients the right impression that despite automation, they're still getting individual attention.

Implement notes with comments with dates, and then in the Pro reports allow us to choose "Last 30 days notes" and “Latest Note”.
That way you can control what notes are shown to the client.

@JakubJeziorski yes, that's exactly what I need to be able to provide personalized feedback to my clients without worrying about deleting what I wrote last month on custom tokens. That's a much more efficient way to manage it. Please!!!

This thought came from Brett Coleman responding to a video overview I did on the two client report extensions here.
He wrote:
“Do you have any suggestions for if you wanted to make a special note for each individual client in the report for that specific month? I may have overlooked it.”
I certainly would use it.
